What I do exactly?
I handle the highest level of escalation for support, create bug reports and internal documentation via Jira, do analysis and reports.
For how long already?
I have been with them for more than 5 years now. I started as a Technical Support Engineer handling both customer service and technical issues.

What made me stay for this long?
